School of Bee Scholarship Foundation

CHARITABLE DONOR DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

The School of Bee Scholarship Foundation is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the Foundation may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

The Foundation is incorporated in the State of Colorado and maintains its principal office in Colorado.

The Foundation intends to register to solicit charitable contributions in the State of Maryland and, upon registration, will comply with all applicable requirements of the Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act (Md. Code Ann., Bus. Reg. § 6-101 et seq.).

A copy of the Foundation’s current financial statement will be made available upon request.

For residents of Maryland: Documents and information submitted by the Foundation under the Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act are available from the Office of the Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis, Maryland 21401, for the cost of copying and postage.
